Stories from the Field

The podcasts and videos on this page present stories from your peers who work in youth HIV prevention around the United States. Some stories revolve around a compelling issue related to HIV prevention with young people, while others highlight an approach. As a complement to the many resources on this website, these stories show challenges people are facing in their youth HIV prevention work, personal experiences, and practical solutions for what is working with youth.

The WWYH team conceived the content for the podcasts in spring 2017. The first podcast introduces the WWYH team, while the others address issues of identity, HIV clinical care, and HIV/AIDS activism. The digital stories were developed in conjunction with StoryCenter.
