Storyteller Bio

Dianne Morrison-Beedy, PhD, RN, FNAP, FAANP, FAAN has been committed to improving health outcomes for teens and young women for more than 35 years. As a nurse practitioner, researcher, and educator, her dedication led to the development of the Health Improvement Project for Teens (HIPTeens) which has been recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as an evidence-based sexual risk reduction intervention that works for HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and pregnancy prevention.
